Through direct market knowledge and established relationships, Swiss Private Group facilitates access to residential properties, selected opportunities, off-market situations and trusted local expertise.

The group works through direct professional engagement, property owners, established intermediaries, advisors and selected market participants.

Regulatory & Legal Framework

Property-related activities, introductions and transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable Swiss legal and regulatory standards.

Residential property acquisitions in Switzerland may be subject to applicable acquisition and land regulations, including the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (Lex Friedrich / Lex Koller) relating to foreign ownership eligibility.
