When a client is introduced, Swiss Private Group acts as an active acquisition and transaction support partner. We review the client's objectives, conduct targeted property searches, scan the broader market and liaise with real estate agencies, brokers, owners and local market participants across Switzerland and selected international markets.
We identify suitable opportunities, coordinate property viewings, assist throughout negotiations and support transaction execution through to completion. The objective is not simply to introduce a property — it is to help the client successfully acquire the right one.
Throughout the process, we maintain close communication with the referring professional partner. The partner retains their primary client relationship. Swiss Private Group manages the property layer.

We conduct targeted property searches across Geneva, Zurich, Lausanne, Montreux, Vevey, the Swiss Riviera, Lugano, Verbier, Gstaad, Zermatt, St. Moritz and selected international markets.

We liaise directly with real estate agencies, independent brokers, property owners and local market participants to identify suitable opportunities — including properties not publicly listed.
