Swiss Riviera Property Purchase for an International Family
Family & Friends · Private Clients · Moscow, Russia
Об этом задании
This acquisition followed years of personal visits to Montreux before the clients decided to make the Swiss Riviera their permanent home. Swiss Private Group identified and secured an apartment at Château Belmont Residence — a prestigious address steps from the Fairmont Le Montreux Palace — perfectly matching the family's lifestyle expectations and their long-standing connection to the region. The assignment illustrates Swiss Private Group's ability to accompany clients from initial aspiration through to a completed purchase, with full discretion and deep local knowledge of the Montreux real estate market.
